By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fit Space. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

To access our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to register, with parental consent required for users under 18. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information. Each person may maintain only one active account. Membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. You must update your information promptly if it changes.

We offer various membership plans with different features, durations, and pricing. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of purchase or as specified in your membership plan. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing members. Failed payments may result in service suspension. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. You are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your membership, except as required by law. For annual memberships, cancellation within 14 days of purchase may qualify for a prorated refund minus a processing fee. Special promotional memberships may have different cancellation terms as specified at purchase. If we terminate your account for violation of these terms, no refund will be provided. Refunds for technical issues are evaluated case-by-case. Processing of approved refunds takes 7-10 business days.

When using our facilities, you must follow all posted rules and staff instructions. Appropriate athletic attire and closed-toe shoes are required at all times. Members must check in at reception and present valid membership identification. Guests are permitted only with prior approval and applicable fees. Disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination. You must use equipment properly and return it to designated areas after use. Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance. Photography and videography require prior written consent. Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. You must respect other members' space and privacy. Failure to comply may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks and you assume all risks associated with your participation. You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program. You must immediately inform staff of any injuries, discomfort, or medical emergencies. We provide equipment and facilities "as is" and are not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and use equipment only as intended. Emergency procedures are posted throughout the facility. First aid is available, but we are not responsible for medical treatment costs. You must report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions immediately. Participation in group classes is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit Space, its owners, employees, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for personal injury, so this may not apply to you. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party services, equipment failures, or acts of nature. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

All content on our website and in our facilities, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and workout programs, is the property of Fit Space and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Our name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use any content you submit, including testimonials, photos, or feedback. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, contact us with details. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We collect personal information including contact details, payment information, and health data to provide our services. We implement security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, and deletion. We may use your information for marketing purposes unless you opt out. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. You are responsible for any content you post or share through our services, including comments, reviews, photos, or messages. You must not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users. Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other members or staff is strictly prohibited. Spam, advertising, or solicitation is not permitted. Violation of these rules may result in content removal and account termination.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to facilities, equipment, class schedules, operating hours, and membership features. We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with changes, you may cancel your membership. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of services. Price changes for existing members will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. We strive to provide advance notice of significant changes when possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Before initiating arbitration, you must first contact us to attempt informal resolution. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Each party shall bear their own costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fit Space regarding our services.
